Smart Building System

Our unique and innovative engineered ceiling system uses the principles
of geometry and physics to maximize strength and minimize weight and
materials. These principles can be tailored to specific span and load
requirements.
Advantages:
- At a weight of only 250:300 kilograms per square meter, our ceiling weight remains nearly constant with any span or load (stress) requirement.
- Because our ceilings are partially pre-cast at the factory, they do not need wooden or metal support during installation, which allows high-speed on site implementation.
- Unlike any other ceiling system, the design of any span or required stress does not affect our ceiling system's weight.
- This maximizes our ceiling's usefulness and allows longer spans and higher loads for all types of construction, from residential projects, to parking structures, to high-rise towers.
- Our ceiling system offers significant savings within the sectors of the columns and foundations, especially in the high towers, because of its lighter weight. This characteristic is not found in any other ceiling system.
- Pre-cast corridors inside our system's walls and ceilings allow rapid electrical, sanitary and internal HVAC connections, which reduces the time and the cost of finishing.
- After finishing, our ceiling system acts as a single unit within the structure, contrary to any other system. Other ceiling systems act separately under applied stresses after finishing. Ours do not.
- Our ceiling system provides high resistance to seismic events (earthquakes) due to its light weight, high load bearing ability, tensile strength, and its interdependence with the structure itself. In testing at the Housing and Building Resource Center's (HBRC) International Codes Council (ICC) approved lab in Cairo, Egypt, our ceiling system's failure point was more than four times the required load limit. Even at that failure weight, the ceiling unit distorted, but did not fully collapse. Our ceiling performed better than any other ceiling system the lab has ever tested.
