Smart Building System consists of
three specialized systems: interlocking masonry blocks (for structural
walls), an innovative ceiling product, and formed walls for architectural
enhancements (these formed walls can also be structural). Our system enables
quickly executed, lighter weight, highly durable structures. Our system
allows for wide spans and heavy loads while providing resistance to
earthquakes and high wind events.

system's components can separately or collectively replace any other
building system to overcome obstacles such as speed of execution, reducing
structural weight and/or providing superior cost effectiveness in basements
and columns sectors. This can be of particular benefit in residential
projects, office buildings and commercial towers where weak soil is an
issue. Our system enables significant cost savings in site preparation and
construction implementation. Our system also allows structures to bear high
tensions and/or high loads without affecting the structure's weight. Our
components allow rapid and economical execution and do not require skilled
labor. Not only does our system reduce the required number of laborers to a
minimum, but it allows intermediate and large projects to support the use of
local manpower, therefore enhancing the local economy.
